We hope you will be delighted with your new items! If you would like to return something to us for a refund or exchange please refer to our returns information and returns policy below.

What is your returns policy?

We promise to refund any item you are not satisfied with when you return the item to us in a saleable condition by post within 30 days of your order date. All items must be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition with tags still in place.

Before sending your item back to us, we always ask that you drop us an email at [email protected] Knowing that your return is on its way to us will help us to speed up the returns process and get your refund or exchange to you as quickly as possible.

Please note, items that are marked as reduced due to a defect / slight damage at the time of sale will be exempt from the returns policy. All defects will be clearly stated in the product information. 

How long do I have to send back an item(s)?

For a refund or exchange, all orders must be sent back to us by post within 30 days of the original order date.

Please note, item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service that insures you against the full value of the item(s) and provides proof of delivery.

What is your returns address?

When sending an item(s) back to us for a refund or an exchange, we ask that you include your original delivery note, specify if you would like a refund or an exchange and include a reason for the return.

Item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service that insures you against the full value of the item(s) and provides proof of delivery.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as your refund has been processed. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

Can I get a refund on returns postage?

Any costs for returning items to us are your responsibility. If a product you have received is faulty or not fit for purpose, we will offer you a full refund (including returns postage) once we have received your return.
